The guaranties of casuistry function in procedural and formalist " comparative study"

Abstract

The importance of casuistry function and its role in modified the Administrative activities and assist  it in confronting difficulties through the opinions and advises  of States Advisory council which require regulations related with performing this function organized how to perform it , the bodies which have  reviewing on the casuistries  and the limitations on this right this will be explained in two thesis  the first deals with the mechanism of performing the casuistry function while the second concern with the limitation on this function .
