Abstract

It is judicially investigated that constitutional courts face challenges  by employing a convenient way as constitutional judicial way. This approach is included a flexible range in judgment  depending on different  judicial organization of a state. The challenged issue can be Worked by courts not only via particular specification to control of constitutional  laws ,but also they can simultaneously work to face any other judicial issue .It can be also featured as an objective court  which proceed an original conflict  which is obviously dealt by  this court. The objective court is supported by  some legal ,and philosophical principles ,which support the judgment to ascertain an essential target. These principles give courts a controllable specification to keep constitutional  principles  and to ascertain legitimately constitution.
