The crime of misleading advertising (a comparative study)
Abstract
At present, commercial advertising is very important. It is a cornerstone of business activities that aim to make a profit. Through commercial advertising, the consumer is defined by the goods and services advertised to encourage the consumer and thus increase the demand for what is advertise. However, this can be used as a tool that misleads the consumer when he takes information that creates the impression of a real consumer and thus influences his will to choose which reflects negatively on the interests of the consumer.
