Abstract

     This research deals with the most correct ways of correcting the procedural nullity which is in correcting the procedural nullity by completing the false procedure and also correcting the legal fact embodied in the presence of the attendant. Also, the incidental effects of the false judgment, which is the transformation of the procedural work and the invalidation of the procedural work, The study includes a review of the position of the comparative legislation of all of this, and a statement of the role of the Iraqi judiciary in the development of remedies necessary to correct the procedural procedures in the absence of the provisions in the law of pleadings cities Iraq organizes many of the above topics.
