Abstract

The search technology of twenty - first century features , as the technology has become so important that cannot afford any State indispensable, but that the real challenge for those countries not only bring that technology and use , and the lies that challenge in the extent of absorption and developed to the extent that position to the development of technological capabilities.                                                                        This study focused on highlighting the legal nature of the contract technical assistance as one of the contracts vectors of technology exerted an important role in the actual and real transfer of technology to the receiving party and enable it to acquire the necessary to direct and regulate certain production process technological capabilities without the need for intervention of third parties.
