Abstract

 We ate through this research topic of the deviation of the legislative authority and the impact on the legal system in the State , as stated the concept of legislative DEVIATION and the relationship between it and the other constitutional flaws , as we ate a statement photos legislative DEVIATION and characteristics and standards set ,the impact of legislative DEVIATION on the legal system in the state of the above statement.
