 the main theme of my topic ((effect of criminal punishment in the public servants on the termination of work relationship . exemplified by the public servant committing disciplinary crime that justifies this separation from the job for limited period ,or his dismissal final without possibility of return , or criminal  offense , the commitment  of which  leads to termination of this relationship
