Abstract

     Adresses this research, the human  right in a clean and healthy environment at the international and national field .  the official recognition of the importance of protecting the environment for the well-being f of mankind , which depends on a clean and healthy  environment that enables him to do so. In addition to the legal basis that secures this right in accordance with international environmental documents and constitutions. As it has affected international efforts in the internal Laws states so there has become an urgent necessity for laws that  protect the right of environment . also , this paper discussed the  international and national mechanisms which used for protection.
