Commentary on Federal Supreme Court Judgment No.45 of 2019

Abstract

This comment deals with the decision of the federal supreme court No.45 of 2019 on guarantecing the rigght of defense of the accused during the investigation. It has guaranteed the right of defense of the accused akd thus conforms to and does not contravene article 19,paragraph Iv, of the Iraqi constitution in force.
