complaint policy

1) the researcher has the right to complain on the procedure or the decision of Journal administration as concerned his research.

 2) the research has the right to submit his complaint in writing or electronically.

 3) the researcher fills a form "Complaint Form" pre-prepared by the Journal administration , containing the information concerned the cause of his complaint on the Journal editing Board of Directors decisions or procedure , given a receipt proving his submission of his complaint to the Journal Editing Board of Directors.

 4) the Journal Editing Board of Director is obliged to reply to the complaints raised against its decisions and procedure within one month from receiving them, if there is no reply, this is a sign for the correctness of decisions and procedure taken concerning the publishing of the researches.
